During the day, SHFE copper futures warrants continued to increase by 2,712 mt to 63,247 mt. The weekly inventory subtotal on SHFE was 108,124 mt, with an extremely high proportion of warrants currently. Looking ahead to next week, the outflow of warrants on Tuesday and Wednesday is expected to suppress the premium. It is anticipated that there will be a gradual risk of the premium pulling back to 400 yuan/mt next week. However, downstream procurement at lower prices is expected to boost market trading activity.
