







CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (a key enterprise under China Communications Construction Group) has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Henan Yuzi Sansheng Energy Industrial Co., Ltd., officially signing a cooperation agreement for the iron ore sand mining project in Papua Province, Indonesia. The iron ore sand mining project in Papua Province, Indonesia, is located in the Kipia Maparpa area of Mimika City, covering a mining area of 32 square kilometers. It is estimated to have iron ore sand reserves of 80 million cubic meters, with a mineable period of 10 years and an annual production capacity of 10 million mt. The project will be developed in three phases, with an initial annual capacity of 2.2 million mt and a final target of 10 million mt per year. It involves mining, ore beneficiation, wharf construction, and barge transportation, with a total investment exceeding $88 million. As a large-scale iron ore sand mining project, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. will leverage its advantages in large-scale infrastructure, general engineering contracting, and entire industry chain coordination, while Henan Yuzi Sansheng Energy Industrial Co., Ltd. will provide support for resource development and capital operation. Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, both parties will establish a new cooperation model for overseas mining development.
