Anhui Chuangcheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. plans to construct a project for the annual production of 14 million die-cast aluminum auto parts (Phase I) at the intersection of Waihuan West Road and Yangshan Road in the Nanshan Park of Ningguo Economic Development Zone. The first phase of the project involves an investment of 50 million yuan and plans to lease Building No. 3, a steel-structured workshop, from Anhui Xuanhong CNC Technology Co., Ltd., covering an area of 6,800 m². The project will purchase production equipment such as fully automatic die-casting machines, melting equipment, and CNC machining equipment. Additionally, a new spectral flaw detection room will be built, equipped with one real-time imaging X-ray inspection device for non-destructive testing of the project's products. Meanwhile, the project will also construct supporting facilities for auxiliary, storage, transportation, and environmental protection engineering. Upon completion and reaching full production of the first-phase project, the annual capacity is expected to reach 4 million die-cast aluminum auto parts and 5 million hardware framework auto parts.
