2. Performance requirements: None.

3. The registered capital requirement for production-type enterprises is 2 million yuan or above, and for circulation-type enterprises, it is 1 million yuan or above (branch offices shall provide authorization from the headquarters and the headquarters' business license).

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to the law, bids from dishonest persons subject to enforcement are invalid.
