[Phase I of a 20GWh ESS Lithium Battery Project by a Certain Energy Co., Ltd. is Rushing Towards Completion and Commissioning] Recently, the construction of pile foundations and foundations for Plant No. 1 of a 20GWh ESS lithium battery manufacturing project by a Certain Energy Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed, and the installation of steel columns is about to commence. The project is progressing in an orderly manner as planned, striving to achieve completion and commissioning of Phase I in Q3 2025, and realizing the goal of ex-factory delivery of the first batch of batteries. It is understood that the total investment in this project amounts to 5 billion yuan, with an initial investment of 3 billion yuan. The planned capacity is 10GWh, covering an area of 150 mu, with a building area of 68,742.86 m², encompassing 11 independent units. Upon full commissioning of the project, the annual capacity is expected to reach 20GWh, with an estimated annual reduction of 500,000 mt of carbon dioxide emissions. The project is divided into two phases. Currently, the pile foundation work for Phase I has been completed, and the Plant No. 1 under construction is expected to be completed by the end of May and commissioned by the end of June. It is expected that all projects in Phase I will be fully completed around H2 2026.
