Zimbabwe Miners Federation Signs Agreement with Tsingshan Dingsen Steel

The Zimbabwe Miners Federation (ZMF) visited the factory of Tsingshan Group's Disco Steel on May 2 and signed a relevant agreement. The agreement streamlines the operational processes and details for small-scale chrome ore miners in Zimbabwe, while also promoting the development of Zimbabwe's mining industry. The agreement includes the following information:

(1) Disco Steel, as the official chrome ore off-taker for small-scale chrome ore miners in Zimbabwe, supports the development of Zimbabwe's mining industry.

(2) Disco Steel, as the official machinery equipment provider for small-scale chrome ore miners in Zimbabwe, prioritizes the supply of mining equipment made from domestically produced steel in Zimbabwe, supporting the development of Zimbabwe's steel and machinery industries.

(3) Chrome ore is traded directly locally, avoiding the complex procedures required for small-scale chrome ore miners to engage in export trade. Additionally, there are virtually no payment terms, ensuring the stability of cash flow for small-scale chrome ore miners.
