[Hudbay Resources Releases Q1 2025 Production] On May 12, Hudbay Resources, a Canadian miner, released its Q1 financial report, disclosing the production figures for its Snow Lake mine area during the quarter. The Snow Lake mine area, located in Manitoba, includes the Lalor mine and two beneficiation plants, Stall and New Britannia. During the quarter, the Lalor mine achieved an average daily raw ore extraction volume of 4,300 mt, demonstrating strong resilience despite facing temporary processing challenges in March. The two beneficiation plants collectively processed approximately 404,000 mt of raw ore through flotation, yielding 12,600 mt of zinc concentrates with a grade of 49.78%, aligning with Hudbay's production plan for the mine area of 21,000-27,000 mt in metal content for the year.
