SEG Solar Rolls Out First High-Efficiency N-Type Solar Cell in Indonesia

On April 29, 2025, Indonesia time, SEG Solar held a ceremony to celebrate the roll-out of the first solar cell at its intelligent manufacturing factory for solar cells in Batang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The product rolled out this time is a high-efficiency N-type solar cell independently developed by SEG, with an average conversion efficiency of 26.4%. The factory is initially planned to have four production lines, with an annual capacity of 2 GW, and is expected to expand to 5 GW in the future.
