[Chongqing: Actively Supporting the Application of PV ESS Charging in "Two Highs" Projects to Reduce Dependence on Traditional Energy] Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of Chongqing Municipality responded to suggestions from NPC deputies regarding the prevention and control at the source of "Two Highs" projects, the implementation of PV ESS integration projects, and electricity market-oriented transactions. The NDRC of Chongqing stated that in the next step, it will work with relevant units to continuously promote the optimization of the city's energy structure, strengthen the potential exploration and development of renewable energy resources within the city, continuously carry out energy-saving and carbon-reduction renovations of power grid equipment, actively support the application of PV ESS integration projects in "Two Highs" projects, and reduce the dependence of "Two Highs" projects on traditional energy.
