Domestic Aluminum Ingot Inventory Declines, Expected to Drop Below 600,000 mt This Week

According to SMM statistics, the domestic aluminum ingot inventory in major consumption areas stood at 601,000 mt on May 12, down 19,000 mt from the previous Thursday and down 35,000 mt WoW from Tuesday (May 6). SMM expects that the domestic aluminum ingot inventory will likely fall below the 600,000 mt threshold this Thursday.
