JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. intends to acquire a 5% stake and obtain control of Colombia's CMH Company for US$10 million, and invest US$230 million in the construction of the Alacran copper-gold-silver mine project. The estimated investment for the Alacran mine project is US$420.4 million, with a construction period of 2 years and an expected mine life of 14.2 years. The company intends to contribute approximately US$231.22 million in proportion to its shareholding and lead the subsequent development and construction of the Alacran copper-gold-silver mine. The average annual ore mining volume is approximately 6.1 million mt/year, equivalent to 25,000 mt of copper metal content, 1.4 mt of gold, and 16 mt of silver.
