According to CORNEX New Energy, on May 7 (local time), at the 2025 European Smart Energy Expo in Munich, Germany, CORNEX New Energy signed a 2.5GWh strategic cooperation agreement with Immersa from the UK. Both parties will engage in in-depth cooperation centered around CORNEX M5, a 5MWh battery prefabricated cabin independently developed by CORNEX New Energy.
According to the agreement, both parties will achieve ESS project cooperation of 1.25GWh-2.5GWh over the next five years, and establish a global strategic partnership centered around product supply, after-sales service, project development, and other businesses, accelerating the value transformation of technological innovation and diversified products of both parties in the global ESS market.
It is understood that over the past two years, CORNEX New Energy has accelerated its expansion in the global ESS market, and has successively reached strategic cooperation agreements with overseas new energy enterprises such as Ever Energy, Bison Energy, YN Energy, Star Energy Technologies, and Cestari. Leveraging technological innovation and the advanced iteration of its product matrix, CORNEX New Energy has gained more initiative in the global new energy market.
CORNEX New Energy stated that, in the face of the booming opportunities in the global PV ESS industry, the company will continue to drive the iteration of product technologies and the innovation of scenario applications in the future.
