Recently, Golden Sun New Energy (01121.HK) announced that on April 29, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Sun Quanzhou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., had entered into a joint venture agreement with Yiwu JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. and Fujian Jinshi Energy Co., Ltd. for the establishment of a joint venture company by Yiwu JA Solar and Fujian Jinshi for the 4GW Hybrid Passivated Back Contact (HBC) Upgrade and Retrofit Project.
