[CAAM: In February, the total import and export value of automotive products reached US$18.04 billion, down 22.7% MoM and 9.8% YoY] According to data compiled by the General Administration of Customs and organized by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), in February 2025, the total import and export value of automotive products reached US$18.04 billion, down 22.7% MoM and 9.8% YoY. Specifically, the import value was US$3.54 billion, up 19.9% MoM and down 26.9% YoY, while the export value was US$14.5 billion, down 28.9% MoM and 4.3% YoY. From January to February 2025, the cumulative total import and export value of automotive products nationwide reached US$41.37 billion, down 6.9% YoY. Among this, the import value was US$6.49 billion, down 38% YoY, and the export value was US$34.89 billion, up 2.7% YoY.
