Zhuhai Launches Home "Trade-In" Program with Special Purchase Subsidy

The city of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, recently issued the "Several Measures on Promoting High-Quality Development of the Real Estate Market in Zhuhai City," which proposes encouraging homeowners to participate in a "trade-in" program for their homes. For residents participating in the housing "trade-in" program, a special housing purchase subsidy will be provided at 1% of the online-signed contract price of the newly purchased home. The maximum subsidy amount per housing unit will not exceed 30,000 yuan, and the subsidy policy will be valid for one year.
