【Shengquan Group Initiates Mass Production of Bio-based Hard Carbon Anode Materials】Leveraging over four decades of experience in biomass refining and high-performance resin sectors, Shengquan Group (605589.SH) has successfully established a dual-engine development model of "biomass chemicals + new energy". In the field of anode materials, the company has achieved a strategic transformation from traditional chemicals to new energy materials through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shengquan New Energy Technology, forming two core product lines: porous carbon materials for silicon carbon anodes and bio-based hard carbon anode materials. In May 2025, Shengquan Group has completed the construction of a 10,000 mt-scale hard carbon anode production line, with the capacity of porous carbon materials for silicon carbon anodes reaching 2,000 mt/year. The company plans to further expand its market share in the new energy battery materials sector by investing 2.48 billion yuan to construct a project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 mt of bio-based hard carbon anode materials.
