Sinopec's Tender for Frame Procurement of Flexible PV Modules

On April 28, the tender announcement for the flexible PV module framework tender of projects including the in-plant distributed PV power generation (Phase II) of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, was released. The announcement indicated that 23,835 flexible PV modules would be procured through the framework tender for the in-plant distributed PV power generation (Phase II) and other projects.

On April 28, the tender announcement for the framework tender of PV modules for projects such as the distributed PV power generation (Phase II) at the flexible PV module plant of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, was released.

The announcement indicated that the framework tender for the flexible PV modules [for projects such as the distributed PV power generation (Phase II) at the plant] would procure 23,835.000 sets of PV modules.

Consortium bidding is not accepted for this tender.

This tender accepts bids from producers/manufacturers (where the tendered materials are produced by the bidder themselves) and does not accept bids from agents or distributors.
