Conference Name: 2025 SMM 2nd Southeast Asia (Thailand) Automotive Supply Chain Conference

Venue: Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok, Thailand

Date: June 16-17, 2025

In recent years, the automotive industry chain in Southeast Asia has demonstrated remarkable resilience. From 2020 to 2022, regional automotive production grew by 24.1% amid a younger demographic structure. Despite a cyclical downturn in 2024 due to the global economic slowdown, the production and sales decline in Thailand and Southeast Asian markets has narrowed in 2025, highlighting the self-healing capabilities of the regional supply chain.

Meanwhile, the localization of the automotive supply chain in Southeast Asia is at a crossroads between traditional internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles. Policy pressures, technological competition, geopolitical risks, and supply chain restructuring have entered a critical phase.

Moreover, the unpredictable changes in tariff policies have posed numerous challenges for enterprises' investment decisions to go global. Against this backdrop, the globalization of automotive enterprises has become urgent to diversify risks, integrate resources, and enhance competitiveness. In this context, the 2025 SMM 2nd Southeast Asia Automotive Supply Chain Conference will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from June 16 to 17, 2025. A roundtable forum will be specially organized to discuss:The Construction and Optimization Path of Localized Supply Chains in Southeast Asia.
