【Henan Province Releases Development Plan for New Energy Vehicle Industry Agglomeration Zones】On April 28, the Henan Provincial People's Government Office issued the "Several Policy Measures to Fight for the First Half and Ensure the 'Double Half' Goals," which includes the release of a development plan for new energy vehicle industry agglomeration zones across the province. The plan also involves holding the 2025 Henan Province Artificial Intelligence Conference, establishing a number of provincial artificial intelligence industry empowerment centers, and releasing typical application scenarios of artificial intelligence. The province will also develop digital transformation implementation standards for development zones, select a number of digital transformation promotion centers for development zones, and establish a provincial data enterprise cultivation mechanism, with the goal of recognizing more than 100 provincial data enterprises in the second quarter of 2025.
