Narada Power and Wuchan Huanneng signed a strategic cooperation agreement, engaging in comprehensive collaboration in the ESS sector. Market-wise, they will jointly explore domestic and overseas markets, promote ESS product solutions, and participate in industry activities to enhance brand influence. Technically, they will collaborate on R&D of battery technology and energy management systems, conduct regular exchanges, and share achievements and information. In terms of industrial resource integration, they will share resources across the industry chain, optimize the supply chain, reduce costs and increase efficiency, explore industrial integration models, expand business areas and market space, and also engage in talent exchange and training cooperation.
