Announcement of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on Soliciting Public Opinions on Cast Aluminum Alloy Futures Contracts, Options Contracts, and Business Rules

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and rules such as the "Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading," and the "Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges," the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) has drafted the "SHFE Cast Aluminum Alloy Futures Contract," the "SHFE Cast Aluminum Alloy Futures Options Contract," and the "SHFE Cast Aluminum Alloy Futures Business Rules." These are now open for public comment.

Please submit your comments and suggestions on the aforementioned contracts and business rules in writing or via email to the Shanghai Futures Exchange by May 6, 2025.
