Kodal Minerals Successfully Transfers Mining License for Foulaboula Mine, Eyes Spodumene Exports

Kodal Minerals announced that the mining license for the Foulaboula mine has been successfully transferred from Future Minerals SARL to its subsidiary Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni (LMLB). This license is crucial for the Bougouni lithium mine project in southern Mali, and the transfer is effective immediately and in good standing. The company expects to begin exporting spodumene concentrates in the next quarter, with discussions on the relevant export permits still ongoing. Additionally, the compliance issue regarding the inclusion of LMLB shareholders by the Malian government has been approved.
