2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2. The applicant should have the capability to respond to the tender project.

3. The applicant must not be listed on the "Credit China" website as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court.

3. Registration Method
