Thailand has been accelerating its transition towards electrification and digitalization in the automotive industry in recent years, with significant progress made in the localization of core components. This trend is driven by the Thai government's proactive incentive policies, strategies for upgrading local supply chains, and deep involvement from international automakers.

As a key automotive manufacturing hub in Southeast Asia, Thailand has actively introduced various incentives in recent years to attract automakers from around the world to invest and set up factories, supporting the development of NEVs and related industries, and promoting the rapid transformation of the local automotive market towards electrification.
