After the conclusion of the CLNB 2025 (10th) New Energy Industry Chain Expo hosted by SMM, SMM has meticulously organized a field trip, composed of representatives from companies worldwide, including Atlantic Lithium, German Mineral Resources Agency (DERA), ING Wholesale Banking, and LG Energy Solution, etc. to visit multiple enterprises in the new energy industry chain.

On April 24, Adam Shen, Director of New Energy Division Lithium/Anode Industry, Annie Chen, Director of Overseas Marketing Lithium Battery Sector, Cherry Li, Overseas Information Department Account Manager from SMM, along with the delegation members, paid a visit to Sichuan Xiaolixiang Technology Co., Ltd. The company's chairman, Wenming Yi, and plant manager, Shengpeng Guo, warmly welcomed the delegation. Songfei Ye, chairman of Shanghai Zhongteng Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed the delegation and provided a detailed introduction to the company's business development.

Sichuan Xiaolixiang Technology Co., Ltd. is deeply engaged in the vertical integration of the entire lithium resource industry chain, with a global business layout. In the field of resource development, the company leverages advanced domestic and international processing technologies to achieve full-process coverage from lithium ore mining and beneficiation to lithium carbonate production. At the international trade level, the company utilizes a global trade network to promote the efficient circulation and optimal allocation of lithium products.

The company consistently adheres to the mission of "Leading the Future of the Lithium Industry and Empowering Green Development," aiming to become a dual benchmark in technological innovation and large-scale production in China's lithium resource sector. It strives to build a high ground for internationally competitive beneficiation technology, breaking through industry technical bottlenecks, while also establishing intelligent and green lithium carbonate production sites to meet the rapid development needs of the global new energy industry with high-quality products, propelling China's lithium resource industry to the high end of the global value chain.

The company actively deploys factories and resources both domestically and internationally.

In the Lithium-Potassium Industrial Park in Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, it is constructing a 140,000 mt lithium carbonate factory—Sichuan Gongchuang Lixiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Currently in the environmental impact assessment phase, the factory is expected to be completed and operational by early 2026, with construction divided into three phases. The first phase will produce 40,000 mt of lithium carbonate, the second phase 50,000 mt, and the third phase another 50,000 mt.

In Danling County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, the company has built two modern beneficiation plants that have achieved large-scale and stable production, with an annual ore processing capacity of 2 million mt. These are Sichuan Xiaolixiang Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Xingwei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with Xiaolixiang covering an area of 43,000 m² and Xingwei covering 54,000 m².

Overseas, the company owns a spodumene mine and is constructing a beneficiation plant.

Advantages of the Danling Beneficiation Plant:

1. Environmental Protection Advantage—Water Resource Recycling: The plant has a 100% water resource recycling system, with all production water being recycled, improving resource efficiency and reducing costs, while also minimizing environmental pollution.

2. Tailings Resource Utilization—100% Tailings Resource Utilization Rate: Tailings are high-quality raw materials for glass and ceramics. Xiaolixiang and Xingwei are located just 10 km from the Western Ceramics Base, facilitating tailings sales, reducing transportation costs, enhancing regional industrial synergy, and achieving efficient resource utilization and mutual benefits.

3. Comprehensive Recovery Rate: Leveraging its independently developed beneficiation process technology system and intelligent production management system, the company's comprehensive recovery rate of lithium ore is industry-leading. This technological advantage effectively enhances the output efficiency of spodumene concentrates, achieving efficient development and utilization of lithium resources and significantly improving resource utilization efficiency. By optimizing production processes, the company reduces unit ore processing costs, forming a significant cost competitive advantage, laying a solid foundation for ensuring stable lithium product supply and enhancing the operational efficiency of the entire industry chain, helping the company secure a favorable position in market competition.

4. Stable Partnerships: Xiaolixiang and Xingwei fully leverage the abundant lithium ore resources in Sichuan, successfully establishing stable partnerships with numerous large lithium ore producers and basic lithium chemical manufacturers in the region. Industry giants such as Chengxin Lithium, Sichuan Energy Investment, Guocheng Mining, and Yahua Group are collaborating with Xiaolixiang and Xingwei.

After the visit, SMM and the delegation members took a group photo with the leaders of Sichuan Xiaolixiang Technology Co., Ltd., strengthening their cooperative friendship. It is believed that there will be deeper exchanges and collaborations in the future!
