Currently in the environmental impact assessment phase, the factory is expected to be completed and operational by early 2026, with construction divided into three phases. The first phase will produce 40,000 mt of lithium carbonate, the second phase 50,000 mt, and the third phase another 50,000 mt.

In Danling County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, the company has built two modern beneficiation plants that have achieved large-scale and stable production, with an annual ore processing capacity of 2 million mt. These are Sichuan Xiaolixiang Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Xingwei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with Xiaolixiang covering an area of 43,000 m² and Xingwei covering 54,000 m². Overseas, the company owns a spodumene mine and is constructing a beneficiation plant.
