2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.

3. The registrant must be a producer with a valid ISO9000 quality management system certification.

4. The registrant must have at least one successful supply contract in the same category within the past three years, with a quantity of no less than 5 sets.

5. The products offered by the registrant must undergo technical exchange with Hongyu Company before registration and bidding (exchange phone number: 6713916).

6. This procurement accepts producers.

3. Registration Method

Suppliers must respond to the notice within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tender and bid system (https://eps.jiugangbid.com/), and unregistered suppliers must first complete the registration, then click "I Want to Register" on the corresponding procurement notice and fill in the relevant information.
