Zinc Ingot Inventory Declines in Seven Regions Monitored by SMM

According to SMM communication, as of Thursday, April 24, the total zinc ingot inventory in seven regions monitored by SMM was 85,800 mt, a decrease of 14,200 mt compared to April 17 and a decrease of 7,200 mt compared to April 21, recording a domestic inventory reduction. Among them, the inventory in Shanghai and Guangdong regions declined due to fewer arrivals during the week, while the arrivals in Tianjin region slightly increased. However, downstream restocking demand slowed down as previous purchases were relatively high, resulting in relatively small inventory changes.
