Polaris Energy Storage News: On April 23, the list of shortlisted candidates for the concentrated procurement of the energy storage system by Changxia Electric Power (Anhui) Co., Ltd. was announced. The previous tender notice indicated that the project is divided into one section, with an estimated total procurement capacity of 600MW/1200MWh, and the shortlisting validity period is 12 months from the date of signing the framework contract.

The shortlisted candidates announced this time are: CORNEX New Energy Co., Ltd., Shandong Electrician Times Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and REPT Battero Energy Co., Ltd.

Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates for the Concentrated Procurement of the Energy Storage System by Changxia Electric Power (Anhui) Co., Ltd.

Anhui Province Tendering Group Co., Ltd., entrusted by Changxia Electric Power (Anhui) Co., Ltd., conducted an open tender for the concentrated procurement of the energy storage system by Changxia Electric Power (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (Tender No.: GN2025-17-2066) at Anhui Province Tendering Group Co., Ltd., and determined the shortlisted candidates on April 22, 2025. The specific details are announced as follows:

I. Evaluation Results

Name of Shortlisted Candidate: CORNEX New Energy Co., Ltd.

Name of Shortlisted Candidate: Shandong Electrician Times Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Name of Shortlisted Candidate: REPT Battero Energy Co., Ltd.

Announcement Period: From April 23, 2025 to April 27, 2025

If any party related to the tender has any objection to the above results, they may submit a written objection to Anhui Province Tendering Group Co., Ltd. within the announcement period.

II. Written objection materials shall include the following contents:

(1) Name, address, and valid contact information of the objector;

(2) Name of the objected party;

(3) Basic facts of the objection matters;

(4) Relevant requests and claims;

(5) Valid clues and relevant supporting materials.

Written objection materials must meet the above requirements, be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal, and be accompanied by a copy of the valid ID card of the legal representative and the entrusted contact person, otherwise they will not be accepted.

III. Objection materials with the following circumstances will also not be accepted:

(1) Incomplete objection materials;

(2) Objection matters containing subjective speculation and other contents without sufficient and valid evidence;

(3) Objection to the detailed content of other bidders' tender documents, and unable to provide a legal source channel.

The objector shall not use the objection as a pretext for false or malicious objections to interfere with the normal progress of the tender. For those who provide false materials, use the objection as a pretext to seek to win the bid or maliciously disrupt the order of the tender work, the case will be reported to the relevant administrative supervision department for handling.
