The Main Structure of Xingchen New Energy's Shaoxing Headquarters Base Topped Out, Empowering New Energy Development. On April 22, the main structure of Xingchen New Energy's Shaoxing headquarters base was fully topped out. With a total investment exceeding 1 billion yuan and a construction area of over 90,000 m², the project broke ground in June 2024 and achieved topping out in less than a year, demonstrating "Shaoxing Speed" and "Xingchen Efficiency." Upon completion, the headquarters will serve as an entire industry chain ecosystem platform, with the "XingG Smart Manufacturing Base" establishing China's first "lights-out factory" for all-vanadium flow batteries, producing 2GW/8GWh energy storage systems annually. The Flow Battery R&D Center will also collaborate with various stakeholders to break through key technologies. After the project is operational, it is expected to generate an output value of 118 million yuan and tax revenue of 5.9 million yuan per mu, driving upstream and downstream agglomeration and contributing approximately 400 million yuan in annual tax revenue. In the future, Xingchen New Energy will leverage this base to deepen R&D applications and support the construction of a new-type power system.

In January, national passenger car producers' new energy wholesale estimates reached 900,000 units, up 1% YoY.

According to the latest data from the Passenger Car Association, in December 2025, producers with new energy wholesale sales exceeding 10,000 units accounted for 93% of the total wholesale sales of passenger NEVs that month.
