Denmark-based European Energy has inaugurated the 148MW Tārgale Solar Park in Latvia. Located in Ventspils Municipality, the EUR 80 million project is expected to generate around 154,550MWh of electricity annually, enough to supply about 60,000 households. The project is supported by a 110MW corporate PPA with Apple, which European Energy says is among the largest single-plant corporate PPAs in the Baltic region.
