Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On April 23, GAC AION's sub-brand HYPTEC unveiled its all-new concept shooting brake, the EARTH, in a global debut at the 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition (the AUTO SHANGHAI 2025).
Inspired by nature, the EARTH embodies a new expression of "shooting brake aesthetics" in the era of new energy vehicles. Its exterior adopts a fluid lava-inspired design language that conveys a sense of vitality and movement. The signature H-style front face evokes the dramatic imagery of molten lava flowing into the sea, while the obsidian black body color enhances its commanding presence on any occasion.
Built on GAC's Xingling safety architecture, the EARTH features a high-strength body structure and integrates seamlessly with the ADiGO GSD intelligent driving system. The result is a robust safety solution designed to handle complex road conditions with confidence, delivering peace of mind in every journey.
On the comfort front, the EARTH introduces biometric sensors on the steering wheel that analyze grip strength, friction, and other physiological data. These inputs allow the vehicle to automatically adjust parameters such as torque and damping based on the driving environment, ensuring a smooth and personalized driving experience across varied terrains.
The concept also marks a new milestone in the integration of intelligent technology and dynamic vehicle control. By combining LiDAR and camera-based multimodal perception with an active electronic suspension system, the EARTH anticipates road conditions and adjusts vehicle posture in real time, delivering a precise, harmonious "man-machine synergy" in handling.
Staying true to HYPTEC's commitment to sustainability, the EARTH features a cabin crafted with eco-conscious materials such as bio-leather, natural wheat straw, and long-staple fibers. These renewable materials are refined through modern technologies, creating an interior that is both environmentally responsible and aesthetically refined—blending cutting-edge innovation with a reverence for nature.
