The Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily reported that Meituan's self-developed fourth-generation drone recently passed the review by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and obtained the first nationwide low-altitude logistics full-coverage operation certificate. It is reported that after obtaining the certificate, Meituan can start regular commercial operations nationwide, becoming the first low-altitude operator approved by the CAAC to conduct logistics transportation across the entire country.

Dongxing Securities pointed out that the low-altitude economy follows the S-curve growth pattern, and it is expected that the development speed will gradually accelerate. Starting in 2012, new energy vehicles (NEVs) grew slowly with policy support, and then the penetration rate surged from 10% in 2020 to over 30% in 2024 in just four years. The continuous introduction of supportive policies has laid a solid foundation for the low-altitude economy, and it is expected that the development speed will gradually accelerate and the scale will continue to expand. The Intellectual Property and Innovation Development Center of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology predicts that the low-altitude economy industry will reach 2 trillion yuan by 2030 and exceed 5.1 trillion yuan by 2035.

According to the Cailian Press Theme Library, among the relevant publicly listed firms:

Landai Technology has been designated by a domestic low-altitude economy-related product manufacturer to develop related automotive gear parts, and is currently actively promoting the development of corresponding products based on customer needs.

Guangyang Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of various precision parts for new energy and internal combustion engine vehicles, high-end industrial equipment, and intelligent robot parts, including bearings, planetary gears, hollow shafts, and screw-type products. In addition to automobiles, these products are also widely applicable to related fields such as flying cars, wire-controlled actuators, and robot joints.
