The project will now utilize zinc-containing smelting waste, hazardous waste from steel mill dust, and low-grade zinc oxide ore to produce low-grade zinc oxide, instead of the original zinc oxide ore. The production scale remains at 30,000 mt/year of low-grade zinc oxide.
