1.05 yuan/Wh! Inner Mongolia 6GWh ESS Project EPC+O Tender

Polaris Energy Storage Network learned that on April 21, Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner Juhui New Energy Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the design, procurement, and construction (EPC) + operation and maintenance of the Ulanqab Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner 1,000 MW/6,000 MWh power supply-side energy storage system project. The total project scale is 1 GW/6 GWh, with self-raised funds of 6.3 billion yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 1.05 yuan/Wh.

This project adopts an integrated EPC approach covering the entire process of design, procurement, construction, and operation and maintenance. The bid winner must complete all project tasks, including survey, design, procurement, construction, and operation and maintenance, within the specified time.

Bidders are required to have at least one EPC general contracting performance (including under construction) for a new energy project (including energy storage systems) since January 1, 2022 (if bidding as a consortium, it can be provided by the consortium leader or consortium members).

For consortium bidding, the number of consortium members shall not exceed three, and the leader must be the member responsible for the construction tasks.
