China's Bauxite Imports Up 39.06% YoY in March, Breakdown of Data

Data from the Customs Statistics Online Query Platform showed that China's bauxite (aluminum ores and concentrates) imports in March 2025 reached 16.47 million mt, up 14.26% MoM and 39.06% YoY.

Guinea was the top supplier, with bauxite (aluminum ores and concentrates) imports from Guinea totaling 13.00 million mt, up 21.21% MoM and 47.73% YoY.

Australia was the second-largest supplier, with bauxite (aluminum ores and concentrates) imports from Australia reaching 2.54 million mt, up 7.30% MoM and 2.20% YoY.
