New Patent for All-Solid-State Battery Eliminates Solid-Solid Interface Impedance

【Effective Elimination of Solid-Solid Interface Impedance! New Patent for All-Solid-State Battery!】On April 15, the National Intellectual Property Administration released a patent titled "An All-Solid-State Battery and Its Preparation Method," filed by Guangzhou Juwan Technology Research Co., Ltd. The patent pertains to an all-solid-state battery and its preparation method, falling within the field of battery technology. The all-solid-state battery includes a co-sintered cathode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an anode layer. The cathode layer comprises cathode active material (CAM) and a first solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte layer includes the first solid electrolyte and a second solid electrolyte. The anode layer consists of anode active material and the first solid electrolyte. The melting point of the first solid electrolyte is lower than that of the second solid electrolyte. The all-solid-state battery provided by this invention can effectively eliminate the significant solid-solid interface impedance caused by the assembly of the cathode, solid electrolyte, and anode in traditional all-solid-state batteries, effectively addressing the performance degradation issues caused by internal pressure changes in all-solid-state batteries.
