Zinc Prices Fluctuate in Guangdong with Widened Shanghai-Guangdong Price Spread

The mainstream transaction prices of 0# zinc in Guangdong today ranged from 22,545 to 22,725 yuan/mt. The mainstream brands quoted a premium of 415 yuan/mt against the 2506 contract and a premium of 50 yuan/mt against Shanghai spot cargo. The Shanghai-Guangdong price spread widened. Currently, zinc prices maintain a fluctuating trend, with downstream purchases mainly driven by rigid demand, and spot transactions were moderate.
