From April 23 to May 2, 2025, ASENSING will showcase a comprehensive lineup of its latest innovations at the AUTO SHANGHAI 2025.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- From April 23 to May 2, 2025, ASENSING, a Chinese technology company that specializes in developing high-precision positioning technology, will showcase a comprehensive lineup of its latest innovations at the AUTO SHANGHAI 2025, including high-precision positioning products and embodied intelligence solutions. With millions of sets already deployed in the automotive sector, ASENSING's technologies have also entered mass production in fields such as robotics and intelligent systems.

Two new high-precision GNSS modules will make their debut at the show: the automotive-grade, full-constellation, full-frequency NAV3131 and the industrial-grade, multi-frequency NAV3320. These new offerings highlight ASENSING's forward-looking approach to global applications and complex operational environments.

The NAV3131 is built around a high-performance SoC compliant with ASIL-B functional safety standards. It supports external IMU integration, delivers up to 2,060 tracking channels, and provides centimeter-level accuracy across a wide range of driving scenarios. The module features a dedicated secure enclave and full-chain GNSS observation monitoring, ensuring robust safety and system reliability.

Targeting industrial use cases such as drones, autonomous mowers, and mobile robots, the NAV3320 shares the same automotive-grade SoC platform as ASENSING's NAV3120 series. It incorporates proprietary RTK algorithms and a high-grade narrowband anti-jamming unit, balancing strong performance with cost-efficiency.

Also on display will be the latest ASENSING EVK2.0 development & evaluation kit, which supports rapid prototyping and system integration. It features a wide array of peripheral interfaces, module connectors, and test points, and is compatible with ASENSING's GNSS and IMU modules.

In addition to GNSS solutions, ASENSING will present a robust portfolio of in-house developed inertial products, including multiple IMU modules, its IMS (Inertial Measurement System), and the P-Box high-precision integrated positioning assembly.

A highlight of the exhibit is the domestic debut of the IMU5131, a high-performance inertial module designed with floating board-to-board connectors to support automated domain controller assembly. With ASIL-B safety compliance and stable performance, it meets the rigorous demands of advanced automotive applications.

Since pioneering the mass production of automotive-grade high-precision positioning systems in 2018, ASENSING has established a proprietary calibration process for IMUs, ensuring consistent quality across millions of sets.

As embodied intelligence advances, ASENSING has expanded its IMU product matrix to meet the needs of various robotic platforms. Compared to vehicles, robots must navigate unstructured environments such as stairs and slopes, requiring rapid, millisecond-level response and higher data refresh rates. ASENSING's IMU modules deliver data at up to 1,000 Hz, supporting real-time dynamic adjustments. These modules have already been integrated into multiple quadruped and humanoid robotics projects in China.

As of March 2025, ASENSING has delivered over 3 million sets of high-precision positioning systems and partnered with more than 30 automakers to support platforms across major international brands.
