The tender for the 1GW module procurement of Hangtou New Energy: TOPCon 60%, BC/HJT 40%

On April 15, the tender announcement for the 2025-2026 PV module framework procurement of Zhongtan Hangtou New Energy Group Co., Ltd. was released.

According to the announcement, the 2025-2026 PV module framework procurement of Zhongtan Hangtou New Energy Group Co., Ltd. is divided into two sections.

Section 1: N-type TOPCon PV modules, covering the N-type TOPCon PV modules used in the PV projects of Zhongtan Hangtou New Energy Group Co., Ltd., with an estimated total procurement volume of 600 MW, valid until March 31, 2026.

Section 2: N-type (BC/HJT) PV modules, covering the N-type (BC/HJT) PV modules used in the PV projects of Zhongtan Hangtou New Energy Group Co., Ltd., with an estimated total procurement volume of 400 MW, valid until March 31, 2026.

The procurement quantities of each specification and model of PV modules in this procurement are estimated, and the actual procurement capacity will be determined based on the implementation of specific projects by the Party A. During the execution of the framework agreement, if the actual total procurement capacity exceeds 10% of the total capacity before the contract expires, the bid inviter may terminate this framework procurement in advance.

The supply scope of the project includes PV modules and accessories, special tools, spare parts, consumables, technical services, etc.

Delivery time: starting from June 1, 2025, according to the actual situation of the project, the specific time will be determined by the bid inviter.

This tender does not accept joint bids.
