AITO makes official debut in Egypt

AITO, the premium new energy vehicle brand backed by Seres Group and Huawei, has officially entered the Egyptian market. The announcement was made by Kang Bo, Vice President of Seres Group, who described the move as a significant step in AITO’s global journey and a fresh starting point for Chinese luxury auto brands venturing overseas. The company will partner with Egypt’s Kasrawy Group to jointly explore new possibilities in the automotive sector.

While retaining the core design of its internal combustion engine vehicle counterpart, the new model features a plug-in hybrid system that significantly enhances fuel efficiency, positioning it as a practical and eco-friendly option in the MPV segment.

On April 15, RoboSense, a Chinese provider of smart LiDAR sensor systems, and DiDi Autonomous Driving entered into a strategic partnership to advance the deployment of L4 autonomous driving technologies.

SAIC Motor, Huawei launch joint NEV brand

GAC Honda's P7 BEV model goes on sale

On April 15, GAC Honda officially put its P7 all-electric SUV onto the market, marking the first model built on Honda's "Architecture W" developed exclusively for BEV (battery electric vehicle) models. The P7 is available in three variants, whose no-bargain prices stand between 199,900 yuan and 249,900 yuan.

Zeekr 007GT hits market, starting at 202,900 yuan

On April 15, Geely Holding's Zeekr brand officially launched the Zeekr 007GT model, introducing three variants with prices ranging from 202,900 yuan to 232,900 yuan. The new model carries forward Zeekr's signature shooting brake design language and comes standard across the range with high-level intelligent driving features powered by LiDAR technology.
