Li Qiang visited the exhibition site of the "Foreign Trade Quality Products China Tour" at Xidan Joy City, walked into the exhibition areas of textiles, light industrial products, and food, and communicated with the heads of participating enterprises and sales personnel to learn in detail about product export and domestic sales. Li Qiang pointed out that the current profound changes in the external environment have had an adverse impact on China's foreign trade exports. Everyone should unite, take the initiative, overcome difficulties, actively explore diversified markets, innovate trade channels and methods, and strive to stabilize the basic foreign trade situation. It is necessary to make full use of various policies, do a good job in the convergence of domestic and overseas standards, build a platform for foreign trade quality products to expand domestic sales, cultivate independent brands of foreign trade enterprises, establish a policy promotion mechanism that directly reaches enterprises, and steadily promote the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. It is necessary to deeply implement special actions to boost consumption, make greater efforts in stabilizing employment, promoting income growth, and strengthening security, further enhance consumption capacity, strengthen consumption willingness, and cultivate and expand the incremental market of domestic demand. At the site of the Beituo Science and Technology Community Talent Apartment Project, Li Qiang listened to reports on the revitalization and reuse of existing housing in Beijing and the conversion of commercial housing into talent apartment projects, inspected the model rooms and surrounding environment, and spoke with experts living in the apartments, affirming Beijing's related practices. Li Qiang said that acquiring existing commercial housing for use as affordable housing is an important measure to promote the stabilization of the real estate market and ensure and improve people's livelihoods. It is necessary to implement various related policies, give city governments greater autonomy in acquisition entities, prices, and uses, and promptly study and introduce new support measures. It is necessary to further promote urban renewal, intensify the implementation of urban village and dilapidated housing renovation, and revitalize existing housing and optimize incremental housing through various methods.
