XPeng Motors' self-developed AI self-driving chip will officially enter mass production and be launched in Q2 this year, initially equipped in XPeng's new car model. XPeng's AI self-driving chip is named "Turing." XPeng has invested in R&D since 2020 and successfully taped out the chip in August last year. An insider revealed that, according to XPeng Motors' senior management, this chip integrates two self-developed neural network processing brains and features a specific architecture tailored for neural networks. Additionally, the chip's utilization rate is 20% higher than that of general-purpose high-performance automotive chips.
