【Exhibitor Recommendation】Lezhi County Confirms Attendance at AICE 2025 Aluminum Industry Expo

1. Support for Industrial Cluster Strengthening.

For finished aluminum products projects with fixed asset investments of 30 million yuan (inclusive) or more, subsidies of 10%-20% of the project's fixed asset investment will be provided.

2. Support for Public Service Platform Construction.

Support enterprises to independently or jointly build public service platforms such as finished aluminum products trading centers, investment service centers, and product exhibition centers, with subsidies of 5% of the fixed asset investment.

3. Support for Talent Introduction and Employment Stability.

For senior management and technical professionals who have continuously paid social insurance in Lezhi for 2 years and purchase their first commercial housing in Lezhi, subsidies of 50,000-80,000 yuan per unit will be provided. For enterprises that hire personnel for finished aluminum production and maintain stable employment for 1 year while purchasing social insurance, a labor stability subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person will be provided.

4. Support for Trade Entity Operations.

For aluminum ingot, aluminum billet, and other aluminum product trading enterprises registered in Lezhi, rewards of 100,000-500,000 yuan will be provided for enterprises whose annual main business income exceeds 100 million yuan, 300 million yuan, and 500 million yuan for the first time.

5. Encourage Enterprise Technological Innovation.

Rewards will be given for the creation of national and provincial innovation platforms. Enterprises ranked in the top five for national science and technology awards will receive a reward of 5 million yuan. Enterprises or individuals awarded the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Award will receive rewards. Newly recognized "unicorn" enterprises will receive a reward of 5 million yuan. Newly recognized national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprises, provincial-level specialized and sophisticated enterprises, and high-tech enterprises will receive rewards. Subsidies of 10% of the total R&D expenses recognized in the previous year will be provided, with a maximum of 3 million yuan.

6. Support for Enterprise Brand Creation.

One-time rewards will be given for enterprises or products that win national brand titles such as "China Quality Award" or "China Quality Award Nomination" for the first time, or provincial brand titles such as "Sichuan Tianfu Quality Award," "Sichuan Tianfu Quality Award Nomination," or "Tianfu Famous Product" for the first time.

7. Strengthen Financial Service Support.

For project funds obtained through bank loans, interest subsidies of 1.5% annual interest rate will be provided for up to 3 years. For enterprises obtaining loans through intellectual property pledges, subsidies of 50% of the total annual interest paid will be provided.

8. Support for Market Expansion.

For enterprises organizing pre-approved industrial chain investment promotion meetings, supply chain conferences, and other professional exchange activities within the county, subsidies of 50% of the actual expenses incurred per event will be provided. Aluminum product producers are encouraged to actively participate in domestic and international comprehensive exhibitions and trade fairs such as the Western China International Fair, the Canton Fair, and the China International Import Expo, with subsidies of 50% of the actual booth fees provided to enterprises.
