High-Nickel Ternary Cathode Material NCM9055

High-capacity, high-stability high-nickel ternary cathode material NCM9055: First-cycle discharge capacity ≥229 mAh/g at 0.05 C, first-cycle Coulomb efficiency ≥93%, capacity retention rate ≥93.2% after 1,000 cycles at 1C and 25°C.


Lithium-Rich Manganese-Based Cathode Material NM6535

High-capacity, high-stability lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material NM6535: First-cycle discharge capacity ≥220 mAh/g at 0.05 C, first-cycle Coulomb efficiency ≥92%, capacity retention rate ≥80% after 1,000 cycles at 1C and 25°C, compaction density ≥3g/cm3, discharge decay ≤0.15mV/week.

Li-Mg-x Alloy · Battery Anode

Using gas-phase co-condensation to prepare LiMgAl, LiMgSi, LiMgSn alloy strips with thicknesses of 20-200um, which can be used as lithium battery anode materials to enhance the mechanical strength of the anode and mitigate lithium dendrite growth during long-term cycling.


Lithium Sulfide Li2S

For sulfide solid electrolytes, the company has developed high-purity lithium sulfide with a particle size d50~2.1um and purity up to 99.98%, reducing costs by more than 50% compared to traditional processes, suitable for large-scale production.


Collaboration Overview of Salt Lake Industry and Sichuan Wanbang

Currently, metal lithium and alloys are mainly produced using mature molten salt electrolysis methods, while thermal reduction methods for producing metal lithium are still in the laboratory research stage domestically and overseas. Wanbang New Energy has successfully produced various magnesium-lithium alloys in the laboratory using metal thermal reduction and gas-phase co-condensation technologies. In line with the technological development needs of Salt Lake Industry, using industrial-grade lithium carbonate from Qarhan Salt Lake as raw material, the two companies are jointly developing a 50 mt/year metal lithium or magnesium-lithium/lithium-magnesium alloy engineering demonstration line using "vacuum thermal reduction" and "gas-phase co-condensation" patented technologies.
