BYD's technical team conducted on-site surveys at Chengde Jianlong's production line and gave high recognition to the company's tooling equipment, quality control, smart factory, safety production, and environmental protection measures.

For example, to address the issue of oxygen content affecting the fatigue life of gear steel, Chengde Jianlong developed a multi-process ultra-low oxygen control technology for gear steel, achieving stable control of total oxygen content at ≤10ppm.
