Anhui: Optimizing Policies to Guide the Stable and Healthy Development of the PV ESS Industry

According to SMM, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province revealed that this year, a series of policies for the PV ESS industry will be optimized to guide its stable and healthy development. Vice Director Yao Kai stated that Anhui will promote the quality improvement and upgrading of the PV ESS industry through application innovation, expand application scenarios such as photovoltaic curtain walls, photovoltaic sunshades, photovoltaic fences, and photovoltaic carports, and establish a demonstration scenario library, including PV + agriculture, PV + transportation, PV + ESS + charging, and ESS + microgrid. In addition, increased support will be provided for new-type projects such as microgrids, virtual power plants, and zero-carbon parks, promoting the coordinated development of PV and ESS, and the integrated transformation of generation-grid-load-storage, achieving a shift from simple photovoltaic power generation to comprehensive development.
