Product Introduction

Stainless Steel Reactor

The stainless steel reactor is one of the commonly used reaction equipment in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and coatings industries. It is a device that mixes a certain volume of two (or more) liquids with solids or liquids under certain temperature and pressure conditions, promoting chemical reactions, often accompanied by thermal effects. The required heat is input or the generated heat is removed by heat exchange devices. The stirring form is mostly anchor or frame type, ensuring uniform mixing of materials in a short time. The stirring speed is often equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, with temperature display or control.

Series Mixing Tanks

Providing pharmaceutical enterprises with various types of series mixing tanks, including large infusion, water injection, freeze-dried powder injection, eye drops, and oral liquid, the products are divided into water-soluble and oil-soluble. The system adopts 3D modular design, with a compact, beautiful, and generous appearance. The main materials such as tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, valves, pipelines, and instruments are selected from internationally and domestically renowned brands, ensuring the overall quality of the system. The hardware selection of the equipment control system is based on widely used standard modules worldwide, with PLC selecting Siemens 300-series and HMI selecting MP277-series touch screens. The program design, inspection, and composition comply with the V-model of GAMP5, and the software model is applicable to all S7 PLC systems. The program design is optimized according to GAMP5, improving program stability, and supported by relevant documents to ensure system traceability. The system can achieve fully automatic control of production, cleaning, and sterilization. To verify whether the mixing tank can stably produce products that meet quality requirements under various possible future conditions, the system will be validated, including main activities and tests such as Risk Assessment (RA)/Design Qualification (DQ)/Installation Qualification (IQ)/Operational Qualification (OQ).


Crystallization Tank

The crystallization tank is made of stainless steel, with the inner wall mechanically polished or electrolytically mirror-polished, and the outer wall fully welded with S30408 insulation, with a mirror or matte finish. The crystallization tank is equipped with a 0.22μm breather

and can withstand high-temperature sterilization at 121℃, equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge. The tank's external connections use sanitary quick-connect fittings.

The crystallization tank is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, 2 sight glasses, a cleaning ball, and a nitrogen inlet thermometer port.

The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure material is not contaminated.

The crystallization tank can be equipped with a variable frequency adjustment device, with a wide range of stirring shaft speed adjustment.


Bio-Fermentation System

The bio-fermentation system is a device for mechanical stirring and fermentation of materials. The device adopts an internal circulation method, using a stirring paddle to disperse and break bubbles, with high oxygen dissolution rate and good mixing effect. The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head, ensuring the production process complies with pharmaceutical GMP standards.


Insulated Cooling Fermentation Tank

The fermentation tank is a device for mechanical stirring and fermentation of materials. The device adopts an internal circulation method, using a stirring paddle to disperse and break bubbles, with high oxygen dissolution rate and good mixing effect. The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head, ensuring the production process complies with pharmaceutical GMP standards.


CLFG Series Stainless Steel Fermentation Tank

Saving equipment such as air compressors, coolers, oil-water separators, air storage tanks, and total filters in the air purification system, reducing factory floor space. Reducing factory fermentation equipment investment by about 30%, for example, using self-priming fermentation tanks to produce yeast, the yield per liter of yeast can reach 30-50 grams. The equipment is automated and continuous, reducing labor intensity and labor force. The yeast fermentation cycle is short, the yeast concentration in the fermentation liquid is high, and the amount of waste liquid after yeast separation is small. The equipment has a simple structure, high oxygen dissolution effect, and is easy to operate.
