Sichuan Development Lomon Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SD Lomon") was established in 1997 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009, with stock code 002312.SZ, a registered capital of 1.889 billion yuan, and more than 5,500 employees. The controlling shareholder is Sichuan Advanced Materials Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Development, and the actual controller is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province. SD Lomon is a leading enterprise in the phosphorus chemical industry segment in China, adhering to the "mine-chemical-material integration" development model. Based on the national "dual carbon" strategy and Sichuan Province's new quality productive forces development plan, it actively extends the industry chain, lays out the lithium battery new energy materials field, and plans to build an annual production capacity of 400,000 mt of LFP and 450,000 mt of iron phosphate, creating a second growth curve.
SD Lomon has established a new energy business unit to manage the new energy sector, with three production sites:

Deyang SD Lomon New Materials Co., Ltd., located in Wenchuan Road, De-Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park, Deyang, Sichuan, covering about 800 mu, mainly constructing an annual production capacity of 200,000 mt of LFP and 200,000 mt of iron phosphate, is one of the key projects promoted by Sichuan Province.

Panzhihua SD Lomon New Materials Co., Ltd., located in the Vanadium-Titanium High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Panzhihua City, covering about 930 mu, mainly constructing an annual production capacity of 200,000 mt of iron phosphate, 200,000 mt of LFP, and 300,000 mt of industrial sulphuric acid.

Nanzhang Lomon Phosphorus Products Co., Ltd., located in Nanzhang, Hubei, according to the group's development plan, plans to invest in the first phase of an annual production capacity of 50,000 mt of iron phosphate and supporting projects in the Xiangyang Circular Economy Industrial Park, Wuan Town, Nanzhang.
