2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity within the People's Republic of China.

2. The registrant must not be listed on the "Credit China" website as a discredited person by the Supreme People's Court.

3. The registrant must accept the bid inviter's payment method.

4. The registrant must have the capability to ensure supply in response to the tender project.
